About Me

Hissa G. Al-Mannai is a filmmaker from Doha, Qatar. She graduated from Northwestern University in Qatar in 2019, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Communication degree. Al-Mannai is passionate about telling stories that examine personal struggles, perseverance, and the beauty that surrounds us. Her films focus on the human experience and what it means to be human. She strongly believes in cinema's power to create empathy and compassion by telling stories that matter. She is also a skilled photographer, and graphic designer, who aims to use her abilities for the creation of elegant and effective research-based solutions to solve clients' communication challenges and meet their business needs.
